11/16/2023 EnchantaVaughn Approved QMHPA greeted Ms. Broadnax upon arrival to the home setting. Upon arrival to the home setting, Ms. Broadnax appeared to be in a positive mood evident by her facial expressions such as a smile on the face. Ms. Broadnax did not present any symptoms of SI or HI at the time of the session being conducted. QMHPA began the session by inquiring about Ms. Broadnax current thoughts, feelings and emotions. QMHPA reviewed Ms. Broadnax goals and provided encouragement throughout the session. QMHPA assisted Ms. Broadnax with gathering and organizing her bills and assisted her with budgeting her money as she stated that she would be getting her monthly money at the end of the month. QMHPA engaged Ms. Broadnax in a skills building activity. QMHPA explained to Ms. Broadnax that the purpose of this activity was to assist with stress relief strategies with Ms. Broadnax in an effort to assist her with avoiding stress. QMHPA discussed medication management with Ms. Broadnax as her medication would assist her with frustrations and depression. QMHPA reviewed strategies to assist Ms. Broadnax with maintaining organization and budgeting as she struggles to do so. QMHPA reviewed anger management techniques and medication management to assist Ms. Broadnax with relieving stress and the factors that may contribute to her depression. Ms. Broadnax appeared to be receptive to QMHPAâs interventions and services that were provided to her during the session. Ms. Broadnax stated that she becomes stressed and frustrated when it is time to pay bills due to her having limited income. Ms. Broadnax stated that she had been taking her medication appropriately but it had not seem to be assisting her with her depression as she still feels the same way once the feeling of being happy has passed. Ms. Broadnax was able to demonstrate positive behaviors by expressing her feelings of frustrations to QMHPA and not aloud.
